  • Junior staff learn by doing, and working, with more experienced practitioners. Senior staff mentor and share knowledge. We do not leverage our senior staff the way other firms do, senior staff are hands-on and this enables much greater opportunity for junior staff to work with our experts.
  • Censere works across Asia Pacific and our staff have the opportunity to do the same, either as part of a project group or on longer term secondment. Being 1 unified firm across Asia Pacific means we are happy to discuss transfers within the group.
